Item of Accounting Journal.

Accounting Journal Items book displays the accounting journal items from the selected accounting book. Each item is displayed in two lines - on one line the Debit side account and on the other line the Credit side account.

To change the book of accounting, press Alt + F10 or use the Select book function in the ribbon.

You cannot create new records in the Accounting Journal items. Only following fields (after turning on the line editing) can be edited in the book: Matching symbol, Cost Center, Contract code, Article code, Code 1, Code 2, Code 3, 4,Code 5, Code 6, Officer, Device, Customer - press Enter in the appropriate field, select the value and press Enter again.

Functions over Items of accounting journal

F7	After pressing the F7 key, the accounting document is displayed with a cursor on the current document item.
Ctrl+F7	After pressing the Ctrl + F7 key, the Posting initial documents tab is displayed with a ruler on the document, which is posted by the current accounting document.
Axes bulk change	Bulk change of selected fields of accounting document items. In the initial form, after running the function, we will mark which data we want to change and state their new value.
Adding a counterparty to a container	The counterparty Debit or Credit side account is added to the container to the items in the container. We run the function from Bulk action ribbon part.
One line export	By pressing the One-line export button, the selected accounting journal items are inserted into the container (if the container is not already switched on) and exported to Excel (there is an Credit and Debit side accounts on one line in Excel). If, after running the function, the user agrees the query "Do you want to add a counterparty to the container?", The counterparty is added to the container.
