Book My Absence
Book My Absence is used to enter your own absence for workflow.
Absence can be entered with Ins button, form Absence is displayed.

From |
Date and time from when we will be absent. |
To |
Date and time till when we will be absent. |
Type |
It’s possible to enter type of absence by choosing from user's codebook Type. |
Description |
It’s possible to enter description of absence. |
Absence can be cancelled wit F8 button.
Note: Absence of another person can be entered on page 4 of Contact person.
