Other Notification Options

Notifications can also be set by using the right mouse button in the field of the document whose change we want to notify. It works similarly to filters, it means that a notification can be added on either page of the document.

After selecting the Add notification option, the Condition form will open. The work procedure is the same as with the form for setting conditions in the Conditions tab (see Notification system - Conditions, picture The form for definition of a notification's condition).

Notifications to the selected action can also be sent from the document directly to a specific person by selecting Send notification option. The form is opened: The form, where we select a contact person and fill in the message text for the recipient, will open. This message will be displayed on the devices that we have set up to receive notifications.

Manual processing with Ctrl + F9

Incident and request data modules also include the "Process" action using the Ctrl+F9 keys. The action allows you to process incidents for requests and then deliver requests - without the need for AS.
