Held Records

In the book of Held Records the users are displayed that are changing some documents within Change mode at the moment when you open this book.

Columns Description:

Name

The name of the user who is holding the record under which he is entered in the program (see the Introduction – K2 System User Log-In chapter).

User No.

The internal number of the user who is holding the record under which he is entered in the program (see the Introduction – K2 System User Log-In chapter).

Session

The number of the current session (See the Introduction – User Log-In K2 System – Multiple Log-in chapter).

E_

Number of table (book), in which the user executes changes, from the program.

Book

Abbreviation of book of held record.

Type

Identification number of type of document (e. g. Identification number 4 is the type of "Release" at cash vouchers).

No.

Physical number of record.

A

Status of user - it can be "active" (green smile) or "inactive" (red smile), see the Administration - Users - Settings rights - Book of users chapter. Record with red smile means that the program does not end correctly in that time when the user changed a record. Record stayed in change mode but the user logged out - got inactive. This record can be deleted by pressing F8 key.

By pressing Shift+F8 keys you can delete all records of inactive users (with red smile) at once.
