Changes

The names of users are written up to the book of Changes. It means the users who enter the Change mode of the documents or who execute the special action in the program, for example they change the date of confirmation of the record, they execute recalculations, bulk actions or logging out from the program etc. (see the column of Kind). All the users who entered the Change mode are displayed here regardless of the fact if they executed and saved some changes or not.

Note: In the Client Parameters you can set on the 2nd page whether the changes of the kind as confirm record, change record or insert new record will be written up separately or all these changes will be written all at once.

The records in the book of Changes can be sorted according to the order of the record saving, user number or number of the edited document. The kind of the action that has been executed is written up to the Kind column.
