Administrator
The Administrator module serves for the initialization and maintenance within the K2 IS. The parameters of the K2 IS are set herein and the maintenance of the whole system is executed here as well. Activities of this module can be divided into five basic groups:
- Administration of Code Lists - the administration of the language supplements, cost centres, types of capitalization, colours, letters, trade marks, tax types, periods, countries, documents etc.
- Opening Levels - the opening levels setting for the individual code lists.
- Administration of Users - the administration of the system users, authorization of users' rights, monitoring of users' operating time, respectively blocking of the access to the system or similar.
- Administration of Clients - the parameters setting for a client that the data are to be processed for.
- Administration of Databases - the maintenance activities executing as for example: the release of the confirmed documents, databases retrieving or data backing up.
