The function for cancellation/make valid of a record (in the basic books, that means Partners, Contact persons, Activities, Opportunities and Campaigns).

Ctrl+F6

It is used for creation of an inferior activity. It is possible to activate the function on the 2nd page of a book. Simultaneously the type of an activity will be predefined.

Note: A prerequisite for the creation of an inferior activity is an existing activity, on that the cursor is positioned.

Ctrl+F7

It links a selected activity with a new created task. On the 9Th page of an activity of a new created task a new cross link will be created (the reference on this documents).

Shift+F6

It is used in all books for creation of a new activity.

Shift+F7

A new task will be created. If you create a task from Partner, the program automatically pre-fills the Company field into the task.

Ctrl+Enter

In contact persons it displays Partner card on page 1 in Browse.

Ctrl+Shift+Enter

In contact persons, tasks and activities, it is possible to use these keys to open in  the Partner form  in the Browse on the 1st page.

Ctrl+Alt+F5

It allows to choose Status in books Partners, Opportunities, Activities and tasks.
