Modules
The K2 system includes the following separate modules:
- Basic data - contains functions for setting basic code lists, books, parameters, bank accounts and accounting schedule.
- My office - task records, notification system, calendar settings.
- Notification - used to notify you of a specific event (e. g. confirmation of a document, payment of a document or an incoming call).
- Workflow - used for process management of the company, management of ISO documentation, etc.
- Calendar - the calendar module enables administration of private and work calendars together with the calendar of IS K2 documents in one place.
- Communication - this module is an extension of the Marketing module, it is used to simplify communication with clients and to work with internal e-mail.
- Marketing - CRM - records of business information, data administration about partners, contact persons, activities, offers, campaigns and tasks.
- Offers / Demands - the module enables the processing of offers and demands.
- Sale / Contract processing - managing the output of articles and services from the company (accounting unit) to customers. This module can also be called Consumption.
- Purchase / Supply - managing the entry of articles and services into the company (accounting unit) from suppliers.
- Complaints / Service - used to record all activities related to repairs and complaints.
- Maintenance - records of serviced equipment.
- Logistics - warehouse management, warehouse inventory, mail order management and transport support.
- Warehouse - control of warehouse movements.
- Turnovers - performing inventories of warehouses.
- Delivery services - support for the delivery of articles to customers through delivery companies.
- Transport - tracking of vehicles, costs of individual vehicles, issuing driving orders, managing delivery orders.
- Production - technological preparation of production, planning of operations and resources, evaluation of production.
- Projects - project administration including work queue, work reports, including defining project roles and resources.
- Contracts - information on contractual relationships with business partners.
- Customs - import, export, management of customs warehouses, including implementation.
- Finance - agenda of modules Bank, Cashier, Payment calendar, VP Bank and Cash register (computer cash register control program for retail).
- Manager reports - a tool for data evaluation and creation of analytical views using so-called data cubes (multidimensional matrices).
- Accounting - bookkeeping of the company, including economic analysis, compilation of balance sheets and income statements, cash flows, etc.
- Assets - records of all types of assets; depreciation, etc.
- Wages - wages and human resources.
- Web and e-shop - module is used for flexible business communication via the Internet interface.
- Document administration (DMS) - database of company documents.
- Administration - initial setting of parameters, user rights, databases, etc.
