ISDS (Data Box Information System)

ISDS service provides clear and overall access to data about economic entities, including data box address.

Right Admin/Data Boxes/Settings of Data Boxes has to be set up to use ISDS.

Configuration of ISDS service can be done in tree structure menu Admin/Parameters/ISDS Parameters.

ISDS in K2 IS

The ISDS function can be started in IS K2 by a button in the Partners book or in the Suppliers / Customers book in a change above a specific record. Button is at fields Data Box, Comp. Reg. No. and Company. Service is available only in universal interface.

Button activates function to add company data according to ISDS database. According to defined Comp. Reg. No. it searches company in database and fills company name and address to Suppl./Cust. or Partners books . Updated records are saved in fields’ history with current date.
