Initialization of versions
With each reinstallation, the new version must be initialized! We must not work in IS K2 until the version is initialized.
Version initialization is started automatically with reinstallation. If for some reason it does not take place automatically (eg incorrect loading of the license), we must release it ourselves (the program will notify you after registering the reports). The function is in tree menu Administrator - Version initialization. When the function starts, the Version Initialization form appears.

Each new initialization form contains Required button that must be run and initialized. Pressing this button performs the initialization and at the same time automatically changes the text Not started (next to the help button) to information about who performed the initialization and when. In addition to the button for initializing mandatory functions, depending on the versions, there may also be buttons on the form for special functions that do not necessarily have to be started (eg "Place conversion"). The button opens special help for each function.
If the initialization is correct, the date, time and the user who last performed the initialization will be written. If for some reason we do not agree with the the initialization, we will start the initialization again. This will overwrite the date, time, and possibly the user who initiated the initialization.
The Run All button starts all initializations, both mandatory and optional.
We can tell that the initialization was not successful by the message "The initialization of the XXX function ended with an error. Do you want to continue initialization? ", Where XXX will be the name of the function. You can then continue to run other functions. If the initialization is not successful, the Mandatory button can be run again. If the initialization of all functions fails a second time, we recommend contacting the IS K2 consultant.
Note: The initialization of the new version can also be started with the button, which we place on the desktop. This is the Version Initialization function, which is located in the registered functions menu under serial number 552.
