Administrator
The Administrator module is used for initialization and maintenance of IS K2. Here, the parameters of the entire K2 system are set and service interventions are performed here. The activities of the module can be divided into five basic categories:
- Code list management - administration of language supplements, centers, types of capitalization, colors, fonts, brands of articles, types of taxes, periods, periods, states, documents, etc.
- Initial states - setting of initial states of individual code lists.
- User management - system user management, assignment of rights, monitoring of user activity time, or blocking access to the system, etc.
- Client management - setting the parameters of the client for which the data will be processed.
- Database administration - performing service interventions such as confirmation of documents, database recovery or data backup.
