Gantt production status

The function is a graphical representation of a status of a production tasks' fulfillment. Depending on the option in the Show field, it allows you to graphically display:

• Fulfillment percentage: displays a graph according to the field Fulfillment (%);
• Time Spent: displays a graph by the Time Spent (%) field;
• Scheduled dates: displays a graph with respect to the scheduling of operations.

This is a specific form of the Gantt chart. The chart is available by following ways:

• on the 8 - Gantt production status tab in the Production orders;
• on the 8 - Gantt production status in the Job cards: it displays current job card;
• by Ctrl+F8 keys on the 0th page in the Job cards: it displays production tree down from the current job card;
• by Ctrl+F8 keys on the 0th page in the Sales orders and the Reserving cards.

Chart specification:

• Graph X axis:
  • Graph types "Percentage of fulfillment" and "Time spent": the axis is not time, but "minute" and is not displayed. It means that a chart does not display the requirements and their fulfillment with respect to a scheduling in time, but only with respect to their duration.
  • Graph type "Scheduled dates": the date timeline is displayed, lines are displayed according to the dates of planning operations.
• Dimension Y displays individual time intervals (elements).
• The elements in the current form of the graph are: physical - operations, summation - job cards.
• Elements create a tree structure, physical elements are interconnected by connecting lines.
• The planned duration is given by all times of the operation.
• The length of summation elements is only a sum of the times of subordinate elements.
• The summation elements are displayed above the physical elements and are represented by other colour.
• Each element consists of two coloured parts: plan and fulfilled fact. In the case of a "Time Spent" graph, a third colored section may appear, representing the excess of real time over the scheduled time.
• Colours:
  • physical elements (operations): plan = light green; fulfilled fact = dark green; in the case of a graph of the "Time spent" type, time spent above the scheduled time value = dark red;
  • summation elements (job cards): plan = light blue; fulfilled fact = dark blue; in the case of a graph of the "Time spent" type, time spent above the scheduled time value = dark red;
• For each element, a numeric value is displayed with a percentage value.
• The individual elements follow each other smoothly within the tree structure, there are no time gaps between them (simulation of the optimization run when planning the tree of job cards) - applies only to the chart types "Percentage of fulfillment" and "Spent time".

The chart can be exported to PDF or BMP format. The Chart export function is available through the right-click menu over the chart.
