Modules
K2 Information System contains following individual modules:
- Basic data - it contains functions for setting of basic code lists, books, parameters, bank accounts and a chart of accounts.
- My office - tasks register, notification system, calendar settings.
- Notifications - it is used to notify to a particular event (e.g. the confirmation of the document, payment of the document or an incoming call).
- WorkFlow - it is used for process management of the company, management ISO documentation etc.
- Calendar - the module calendar enables administration of the private and business calendars together with the calendar of documents of K2 IS in one place.
- Communication - this module is a superstructure of Marketing module, it is used to simplification of communication with clients and to work with internal electronic mail.
- Marketing - CRM - trade references registration, management of business partners' data, contact persons data, activities, offers, campaign and tasks.
- Quotations/Requests for quotation - module enables the quotations and requests for quotation processing.
- Sale / Contracts Processing - managing of client's (a unit of accounts) outputs of goods and services from the company toward its customers. This module can be also called Distribution.
- Purchase / Stocking - managing of client's (a unit of accounts) inputs of goods and services toward the company from its contractors.
- Complaints / Services - it is used for monitoring all actions relating to the repairs and complaints.
- Logistics - managing of warehouses, taking stock inventory, managing of shipment services and transport support.
- Warehouse - management of stock movements.
- Stocktakings - taking inventory of warehouses.
- Shipment services - support of deliveries of articles to customers by using shipment companies.
- Transport - monitoring of vehicles, monitoring of costs spent on individual vehicles and driver's trip tickets issues, distribution management.
- Production - technolog. preparation of production, operations and resources planning, production evaluation.
- Projects - project management including a job queue, work sheets including the definition of project roles and resources.
- Customs - import, export, bonded stock management including realisation.
- Finance - management of modules Bank, Cash Register, Payment calendar, IC Bank and Cash Desk (a control programme of a computer cash register for retail trade).
- OLAP - tool for the data evaluation and creation of analytical views control by so called "data cubes" (the multidimensional matrices).
- Accounting - keeping client's accounts including business reports, compiling the balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, cash flows etc.
- Assets - registration of all types of assets; depreciation etc.
- Payroll - payroll and human resources.
- Web shop - module is used for a flexible commercial communication by an internet interface.
- Administrator - initial setting of parameters, user rights, databases etc.
