Code 1, Code 2, Officer

Random code can be entered to Code 1 and Code 2. It serves for user identification. Officer contains reference to the Officers book.

The Officers book is a simplified view on the Contact persons records, which have Person type set on "Officer" value. It is not possible to edit records or directly add records into this book. You can create or edit the existing record of the given contact person or you can create or update data of an officer from the Personnel data card. In both cases use the Create officer button.

Code 1, Code 2 and Person can enter to the items of all documents and they can enter to Account too. As an assistant analyst accounts they can be evaluated only in the OLAP browser (unlike Cost centres, contract code and Article code, which can be evaluated directly in the Accounting module in the General ledger and in Economic analyses).
