Plan Type

The Plan Type is used for classification of documents into the various axis. It is set in the heading or in the document items. You can provide a presetting in the concrete books of Purchase, Sale and Warehouses too.

The Plan type can be used e.g. for classification of documents according to the time period (the actual documents will be without Plan Type, the "planning" documents will have a proper Plan Type) or for segmentation of documents pursuant to the branches of a company (a Plan Type "Ostrava" and "Prague").

In the Coverage of demanded article function there you can monitor the documents only with a concrete Plan Type.

You can create summing plan types for monitoring the coverage per more plan types simultaneously. Activate the Summing option on the 1st page of a Plan type and add plan types which will be part of a Summing Plan Type in the table by Insert key. Enter an empty record by the Add empty one button - then documents (resp. document items) without an entered Plan Type will be part of the Summing Plan Type too.

Note: The Summing plan types cannot be entered into documents. They can be used only for monitoring a coverage in the Coverage of demanded article function.
