Tasks

The Tasks module registers records of tasks clearly and runs from the My Office - Tasks tree menu.

It is possible to choose which tasks the user can see and edit in the task settings. You can set the users to see only tasks in which they act as a submitter or assignee and the other tasks will be starred. By appropriate filtering, the user can see tasks that are not completed yet and which need to be solved. Individual records can be confirmed in the Tasks book, the confirmed record can no longer be edited and is considered as completed.

Note: It is necessary to connect the Contact person with the user in case of own employees. This connection is usually done by IS K2 administrator. When entering tasks in the field Submitter, the already logged in user will be filled in.
