ISIR Justice

ISIR Justice allows to browse insolvency register where we can look up debtors against which insolvency proceeding has been started. Function is accessible in Cust./Suppl., Partners and Personal Data books. Entry data is Comp. Reg. No. or birth ID number.

ISIR Justice service configuration in K2 IS

Analysis results and rating of Insolvency register service can be accessed also via K2 IS. Before using it’s necessary to do correct set-up as well as to have Finance/Customer Evaluation Service/ISIR Justice Service Settings set up. Set up of this service is done via function no. 1161 Admin - ISIR Justice set up. This function is included in tree structure menu in Finance - Basic Data module. ISIR Justice Service Settings form is displayed when function is launched.

If company wants to use ISIR Justice function they must check ISIR Justice Service field in this form which is accessible only if ISIR Creditcheck function is not active. By activating this service new column, which will be used to display ISIR Justice rating icons at individual subjects, will be included in page 0 of Suppl./Cust., Partners a Personal Data books. This column is the part of default columns of the book after checking of the parameter. ISIR Justice button will display on page 1 of customer, partner and personal data to execute evaluation via service as well as space to display results via traffic lights.

Rating Expiration field is used for definition of period that is considered as actual for evaluation of customers. After entered period expires, all customer evaluation traffic lights will be grey. This is signal for user that evaluation needs to be done repeatedly. It depends purely on the customer, how they will use this option. If he/she does not want to display evaluation as a non-actual, he/she set a high number to this field.

ISIR Justice system in K2 IS

ISIR Justice system is active and it’s possible to use it (provided ISIR Justice Service field is checked in ISIR JusticeCreditcheck Service Settings function) only in case ISIR Creditcheck function is not active. If the service is supposed to be active it’s necessary to first deactivate ISIR Creditcheck function.

In K2 IS ISIR Justice service is available in Suppl./Cust. book as well as in Partners and Personal Data books. In these books it’s possible to evaluate individual customers, partners and employees in bulk through extended modules. Via this function it’s possible to evaluate partners also without customer card. It is specifically monitoring of information related to insolvency proceedings.

For bulk update, i.e. for bulk evaluation of subjects with ISIR Justice service, K2 IS extended modules were created. It is ISIR Justice Update module. User can use this module in a similar way like scripts or reports. This means that it's necessary to include it in Reports book (F9), by selecting from all standard scripts and reports list.

Traffic light will display at all Czech subjects, which are in one of insolvency proceedings statutes, after module is launched in Suppl./Cust., Partners or over Personal Data books Subjects not found in ISIR Justice and subjects in ISIR Justice with statuses SETTLED, FAULTY OFFSET, TICKED, FINAL will have green tick, Entry value for partners and customers is Comp. Reg. No., for employees then birth ID No.
