Initial states

Numbering limits within the code lists are set here. This setting is necessary especially in a distributed network to define the number range of branches. Code lists are alphabetically divided into two groups according to their name.

From A to P

Starting any initial state in  the range of letters "A" to "P" will bring up the form Definition of initial states, in which the name of the table (book), the numerical interval for entering items and the current number of entered items in  the code list are always displayed. Use the 'M' button to update the status displayed in  the Current field, which shows the serial number of the last item entered in the  code list.

From Q to Ž

Starting any initial state in the range of letters "Q" to "Ž" will bring up the form Definition of initial states, in which the name of the table (book), the numerical interval for entering items and the current number of entered items in code list. Use the 'M' button to update the status displayed in the Current field, which shows the serial number of the last item entered in the code list.
