Held Records

In the book of Held Records the users are displayed. They are changing some documents within Change mode at the moment you open this book.

Columns Description:

Name	The name of the user, who is holding the record under which he/she is entered in the program (see the Introduction – K2 System User Log-In chapter).
UserNo.	The internal number of the user, who is holding the record under which he/she is entered in the program (see the Introduction – K2 System User Log-In chapter).
Session	The number of the current session (See the Introduction – User Log-In K2 System – Multiple Log-in chapter).
E_	Number of the table (book), in which the user executes changes, from the program.
Book	Abbreviation of the book of held record.
Type	Identification number of a document type (e.g. Identification number 4 is the type of "Release" at cash vouchers).
No.	Physical number of record.
A	Status of a user - it can be "active" (green smile) or "inactive" (red smile), see the Administration - Users - Settings rights - Book of users chapter. Record with red smile means that the program does not end correctly in that time, when the user was changing a record. Record stayed in change mode but the user logged out - got inactive. This record can be deleted by pressing F8 key.

By pressing Shift+F8 keys you can delete all records of inactive users (with red smile) at once.
