Processes are specific company created processes which are influenced by general company Procedures. Steps (individual tasks) are being created for users to work on after processes are established.

Books Steps and For processing as well as reports to print out the processes are used for common work with Workflow system. Books Processes, Procedures, Definition of Variables, Products and Roles are used for Workflow administration.
