Held Records
In the book of Held Records the users are displayed that are changing some documents within Change mode at the moment when you open this book.

Columns Description:
Name |
The name of the user who is holding the record under which he is entered in the program (see the Introduction – K2 System User Log-In chapter). |
User No. |
The internal number of the user who is holding the record under which he is entered in the program (see the Introduction – K2 System User Log-In chapter). |
Session |
The number of the current session (See the Introduction – User Log-In K2 System – Multiple Log-in chapter). |
E_ |
Number of table (book), in which the user executes changes, from the program. |
Book |
Abbreviation of book of held record. |
Type |
Identification number of type of document (e. g. Identification number 4 is the type of "Release" at cash vouchers). |
No. |
Physical number of record. |
A |
Status of user - it can be "active" (green smile) or "inactive" (red smile), see the Administration - Users - Settings rights - Book of users chapter. Record with red smile means that the program does not end correctly in that time when the user changed a record. Record stayed in change mode but the user logged out - got inactive. This record can be deleted by pressing F8 key. |
By pressing Shift+F8 keys you can delete all records of inactive users (with red smile) at once.
